Terms of Sale

By confirming that you wish to purchase any item on Ghareeb Art , you are confirming that you agree with our full user Terms and Conditions. These are accessible on our site and should be read through in their entirety before you make a purchase

. We cannot guarantee that every product listed in Ghareeb Art is already available at the written price. We will do our best to communicate with our customers if they want to purchase a product that is not available at the listed price.

2. We cannot guarantee that every on-site product is available in stock and ready for delivery. We will contact customers who have ordered products that are not available in stock and will not charge them for these products.

3. We do our best to provide you with clear and accurate product details. If the product is available in several colors and patterns, we cannot guarantee that your preferred color is available unless the color is written in the product title. We are not questioned about the accuracy or perfection of the product description, image or content of opinions about it from other users.

4. Customers confirm their approval of the terms of sale, the prices listed for the sale of the products, and make the purchase of the products they have purchased by clicking on the "OK" button at the end of the purchase.

5. We send all customers an email explaining the details of the products ordered, but these are not considered approval for sale by Strange Art.

6. We will let you know if your order is not accepted before the products are sent. Customers should inform us of their desire to cancel their order before it is sent. We reserve the right to reject any order without mentioning the reasons and at our own discretion, however, the failure to approve the sale by Ghareeb Art is usually for one of the following reasons:

● The product you ordered is not available in the store, in which case we will not charge for products that are not available from your payment and we will notify you that they are not available by email, and we will also let you know if they are available again but you will have to order them again.

We can't believe your payment. We'll let you know by email. Your order will be cancelled and you will order again if you intend to change your payment method.

• We found that the price of the product you ordered was incorrectly listed or that the details of the product are incorrect, in which case we will send you to make sure you wish to complete your order in this case.

• Your breach of user terms and conditions. In this case we will notify you by email and your order will be cancelled and you will not pay for the order.

7. We are not responsible for any delay in our delivery times and we cannot guarantee how long it will take to complete your payment.

8. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time for your order, if you are not at home at the time of delivery we will try again later in the day, if we do not succeed the second time also you may have to contact the local postal service.

9. We are not responsible for the products once the order is sent and when it is in possession of delivery services. Once the order has been sent we consider that the sale has been made and the possibility of loss has been transferred to you.

10. We are not responsible for sharing your credit card information or access information to your Ghareeb Art account with any third party, whether with your knowledge or without your knowledge. What happens on our site using your username and password is your responsibility.

11. You agree that once the product is delivered by us and accepted by you, we no longer assume any liability or obligations.

 12. There is no refund money or product policy at Ghareeb Art unless there is a defect in the product will be contacted with you to send pictures and video showing the defect in the product in order to compensate it.
